Thermal insulation solutions
Insulation is one of the most important steps in your van interior build. Without it, you won’t achieve the thermal performance needed for a comfortable living space. We recommend planning your build with insulation as a top priority.
Noise reduction materials
Help minimise road noise and vibrations, creating a quieter and more comfortable interior. By reducing unwanted sound, they improve overall comfort and make your van feel more refined on every journey.
Sub Floor & Framing
Built From the Floor Up
A strong, stable foundation for the rest of your build. Designed to handle vibration, weight, and long-distance touring without compromise.
Plywood Van Flooring
Our subfloors are precision CNC-cut from 12mm plywood to match your exact floor plan. Depending on your van model, the floor is supplied in 3–4 sections. Each section connects easily using a yellow tongue system and is securely fixed to your van using the factory tie-down points.
You can customise your subfloor layout to suit your build, including:
- Dual or single side door cut-outs
- Tie-down cut-outs
- Footwell cut-outs
Side Door Footwell Flooring
Most vans have a footwell step before the main floor. We offer two options: CNC-cut footwell steps for each door, or a subfloor that extends over the footwell.
Extending the subfloor creates more usable floor space for cabinetry and extra storage.

They’re lightweight and fully customisable in both height and width to follow the contours of your van.
